Apart from the one to one outgoing text message, this system allows sending bulk messages to multiple targeted mobile numbers.
1. On the extreme right, there is a tab for sending Bulk SMS. Click on it
2. When clicked on Bulk SMS, you are redirected to the selection page, as shown in the below screenshot.
3. You need to select the desired object and the list view of that object. e.g if the lead is selected then it gives you the choice to select the list view amongst all the list views of Lead.
4. A new interface/screen will get opened, showing the records of that list view. You need to select the records to which you wish to send the SMS. One or more recipients can be selected.
5. Select the recipients and click on the Send Bulk SMS.
6. Selected numbers will get displayed in Message To box. You can select the Template amongst all the templates or can type the desired message and click on the Send button.
7. SMS will be sent to all selected numbers and the success message will be displayed once the message is sent.
